Privacy policy
What we collect
When you enquire, you give us your name, business, email, team size, the software you use and a description of the task you want help with.
When you book a call, Cal.com collects your name, email, the time you choose, your timezone and any notes. We prefill these from your enquiry so you do not have to type them twice.
Please do not include client records or other sensitive information in the form or booking notes.
Why we collect it
We use your details to reply to you, run the call you booked and work out whether we can help. We do not add you to a mailing list or use your details for advertising.
If we later work together, project data is covered by the scope and agreement we sign with you.
Who handles it
We use a small number of service providers to run the website and the booking process. Each one only gets what it needs to do its job.
- Cloudflare hosts this website and runs the enquiry form. Requests pass through its global network.
- Resend delivers each enquiry to our inbox as an email. Sent from its Tokyo, Japan region.
- Cal.com runs the booking calendar and sends your confirmation. Based in the United States.
- Google hosts the video call (Google Meet) and the calendar your booking is added to.
Information sent overseas
Because of the providers above, your information may be processed outside Australia, including in Japan and the United States. We only use established providers that publish their own privacy and security commitments.
How long we keep it
Your enquiry stays in our email inbox and your booking stays in our calendar for as long as we need them to respond, hold the call and follow up. Providers may keep short delivery and security logs. Ask us at any time and we will delete what we hold about you.
Cookies
This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies, and it does not track you across other sites. The booking calendar is provided by Cal.com and may set its own cookies when it loads.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you have given us. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
